As a business that involves face to face contact, please be assured all efforts to minimise risk are being taken to protect your health during this time.

We are currently required by law to collect the following information and it will only be used for the purpose of contact tracing for COVID-19 should it be required by the government. Please enter your personal details correctly below.

This information will be stored confidentially and securely and will be discarded 60 days after your appointment. It will not be used for any other purposes than COVID-19 tracing and only if required. Thank you for understanding and supporting small business.

EXPECTATIONS FOR IN STUDIO BOOKINGS (INCLUDING TRIALS):



Please stay at home if you feel unwell on the day of your appointment, we can reschedule your appointment for a time when you are well and healthy.


You will be asked to wash or clean your hands upon arrival.
Hand sanitiser as well as soap and water will be provided for you.
At this time we request that where possible, you attend appointments on your own to minimise risk.
Should you require someone to accompany you, we will have to collect their contact information also. 




EXPECTATIONS FOR ON LOCATION BOOKINGS (INCLUDING WEDDINGS)

Please refrain (and request all guests) from attending if you feel unwell or are experiencing flu like symptoms on the day.
Wash your hands immediately before your allocated time and use hand sanitiser where possible.
Please keep the number of people in the room / vicinity of the makeup area to a minimum to avoid contamination.


PRECAUTIONS:



Hands are washed / sanitised before and after each client and regularly throughout the day.


A surgical mask may be worn during your appointment to minimise transmission risk.


Clean brushes and tools are used for every service.
They are washed and thoroughly sanitised with 70% isopropyl alcohol after each use.
Disposable applicators are used where possible.


As usual, all products are being used in a sanitary manner with no double dipping or direct contact.


Following the completion of each service, all surfaces and products that have been used are sanitised with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
